  1. This privacy policy of the Store is for informational purposes only and is not a source of obligations for Service Recipients and Customers of the Store.
  2. The Service Provider is the administrator of personal data collected via the Store (Administrator). The Administrator will exercise special care to protect the interests of Service Recipients and Customers. The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data, in particular protects personal data against unauthorized access, loss and damage.
  3. The data of Service Users and Customers are processed for the purpose of implementing and promoting the Store's services, including in particular:
    • Conclusion and execution of the Sales Agreement (submission and execution of Orders),
    • Settlement of Contracts,
    • Invoice issuing
    • Establishing and maintaining an Account,
    • Consideration of submitted complaints and handling of returns,
    • Explanation of the circumstances of unauthorized use of services,
    • Performing obligations arising directly from applicable legal provisions,
    • For the purposes of direct marketing of the Administrator's Products and services, including primarily the implementation of the voluntary free newsletter service containing commercial information within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219),
    • Conducting promotional campaigns, loyalty programs and competitions.
  4. The above means that the Administrator transfers the data of Service Recipients and Customers to external entities supporting the process of concluding and implementing the Sales Agreement, including in particular courier companies, IT companies supporting the above processes and entities intermediating in the settlement of payments.
  5. The Administrator may process the data of Service Recipients and Customers in the following scope: name and surname, delivery address, e-mail address, contact telephone number, address of residence/business/registered office, bank account number. In the case of Entrepreneurs, the Administrator may additionally process the company name and tax identification number (NIP) of the Service Recipient or Customer.
  6. The Administrator may also process operational data in the scope of the IP address of the Service Recipient's and Customer's devices for technical and statistical purposes and to improve the functionality of the Store.
  7. The basis for processing the personal data of the Service Recipient or the Customer is their necessity to conclude and perform the Sales Agreement. The basis for processing the above data for direct marketing purposes is the prior consent of the Service Recipient or the Customer or the fulfillment of legally justified purposes realized by the Administrator.
  8. The provision of data by the Service Recipient and the Client is voluntary, but at the same time it is necessary for the provision of services electronically.
  9. The processing of personal data of the Service Recipient or the Client for the purpose of direct marketing will be carried out only after obtaining his/her prior consent. The Service Recipient and the Client have the right to withdraw the aforementioned consent at any time and the right to object to the processing of his/her data for the above purpose.
  10. The Service Recipient or Customer has the right to access their personal data, to rectify it, delete it or object to its processing (unless this violates the law), to limit its processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
  11. The Service Recipient reserves the right to refuse to delete User data if their retention is required by applicable law or necessary to settle claims.
  12. Personal data will be stored no longer than necessary for the proper provision of services by the Administrator or compliance with applicable legal provisions, as well as for the limitation period for civil claims to which the Administrator is entitled against the Service Recipient or the Customer.
  13. The Administrator may process the data contained in cookies relating to persons visiting the Store's websites for the following purposes:
    • Remembering data related to the forms available in the Store, in particular the Registration Form and the Order Form, as well as Cart data,
    • Adapting the functionality and appearance of the Store to the preferences of visitors,
    • Statistical analysis of the number of visitors and how they use the Store,
    • Remembering data necessary to log in and identifying Service Users and Logged-in Customers,
    • Ensuring the security of transactions.
  14. Visitors to the Store's websites have the right not to accept the use of cookies. In such cases, some of the Store's functionalities may have limited operation. Visitors have the option to express their lack of such consent, for example by disabling the ability to save cookies in the web browser settings.
